Terms of use
These terms describe the operating rules for access to the ZMEORA controlled beta. They are a product baseline, not a final commercial contract set.
1. Controlled beta status
ZMEORA operates as a controlled beta. Access, features, and available content can change, be limited, or be suspended without being treated as a final commercial release.
2. Eligibility
- The platform is designed as a family-safe 13+ environment.
- Access can be limited by sign-in, invite, or administrative role.
3. Content rules
- Videos, comments, avatars, and other public elements must stay family-safe.
- Sexual content, violence, self-harm, exploitation, hate, illegal activity, and other sensitive material are not allowed.
- Public content can be hidden, rejected, restored, or removed after moderation review.
4. Accounts and security
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their credentials. The platform can apply restrictions, temporary locks, or revoke access when there is abuse, rule evasion, or platform safety risk.
5. Intellectual property
The ZMEORA mark, visual identity, original myth, academy, season, and card systems, and the original code and text remain reserved to their operator unless a separate license states otherwise.
6. Availability and warranty
The beta is provided on an availability basis. Features can be incomplete, contain errors, or be withdrawn during development.
7. Final version
These terms should be reviewed and completed before any commercial launch, monetization, product sale, or broad opening of the service.
