Privacy policy
This page explains what data ZMEORA uses in the controlled beta, why it uses it, and what stays only in your browser. It is not legal advice and should be completed before commercial launch.
1. What we collect
- Account data: username, password hash, access role, and the sessions needed for authentication.
- Profile and content data: bio, avatar, videos, comments, reactions, academy activity, progression, and notifications.
- Safety and moderation data: reports, moderation decisions, appeals, and restrictions applied for family-safe enforcement.
2. What stays local in your browser
- Language preference is stored in the `zmeora-language` cookie and in local storage so the selected language persists.
- Install-prompt dismissal is stored locally so the same prompt is not shown repeatedly.
- ChatGPT history imports stay in your browser, in IndexedDB or local storage, until you clear them yourself.
3. Cookies and infrastructure
- ZMEORA uses a secure session cookie for authentication.
- Approved media uploads use Cloudinary infrastructure.
- The application is hosted through Vercel infrastructure and operator-configured core services.
- At the current stage there is no public advertising or analytics program described on this page.
4. Why we use this data
- To create and secure accounts.
- To render profiles, progression, academies, games, and approved social features.
- To moderate content strictly and keep the platform family-safe 13+.
5. Retention and deletion
Account and content data remain in the system while the beta and the account stay active, subject to moderation and security needs. ChatGPT archives imported locally are not uploaded to the server and can be removed directly from the browser.
6. Contact and next step
This policy is an operational baseline for the controlled beta. Before commercial launch, the page should be completed with the operator identity, contact channels, and full GDPR procedures.
